I am a lifelong software engineer. I've always done graphic design and animation, but I've never taken it seriously. I recently decided that using a mouse to stifle professional creativity is simply untenable. I took a closer look. By shop search I mean I have sorted specs, docs, drivers and reviews of literally EVERYTHING the way I do it. If, like me, you agonize over every purchase, even if you can afford to make a mistake, don't agonize. If you're new or semi-new to drawing on tablets (like me) you might be wondering: * Is the accuracy good? Answer: As far as I can tell, yes. By now you probably know that this tablet actually has the most prevalent high-end sensibility. I have no complaints about it.* Is the build quality good? - Answer: Yes. It's hard, hard plastic. The buttons are also made of hard plastic and not soft.* No problem with the power cable? - Answer: No. Wireless is certainly better, but the cable is long and doesn't get in the way. For excellent value for money I am happy with the cable. Note. Mini USB cable. I actually like it because if it was micro USB it would be much easier to get into an accident and bend the micro USB connector like micro USB charging cables ALWAYS do. I hate micro USB. The mini-USB connection is snug and comfortable.* Do the drivers work with Windows/Mac/Linux? - Answer: Yes, idk, and yes. Windows works and Linux works (I use Linux). I had no trouble setting up the drivers and associated software*. Is it worth? - " Answer: 100% YES. Can't believe I haven't bought one of these before. All those years wasted potential when I could still paint easily. I don't usually have much to draw/design, but now I do , where I have a tray. I know it was just because I didn't have a tray lol. So far I haven't been able to find a single flaw or defect. I know there are more expensive ones (I've researched them all) but I'm very glad I took the risk and started using it. Now that I know it's a quality product, the only thing I'll have to do afterwards (if at all) is to upgrade if I decide to go for a drawing tablet with a display , so xs if I even did that because then I would paint on the glass (disgusting) maybe have some textures I forgot anyway it's my best buy this year and $52 is like a steal I will never again with a mom us draw and probably but i never feel the need to shell out a few xy thousand dollars for a drawing tablet.
