Didn't get what was advertised
I'm confused because what's advertised on the envelope isn't in the box. I have something similar to a sheet of plastic. I was expecting a mattress topper with a zipper. The mattress cover name says "installed" but no further explanation is given. It might help to work on your ad and better describe the product. The product itself was fine for what it was. I just didn't expect to get what was in the package.
