Okay, so the advertisement is weight loss. I didn't buy it for that. We use it to relax. The machine vibrations loosen the tension in all parts of your body. My spouse is a teacher and she has a tightness after standing all day. She uses it about 5-10 minutes in the evening to work this out and as a warm up for additional exercise. I use it as a wind down before I go to bed. I think I sleep better. I know that I feel better. I would recommend this to anyone that has similar issues.
