Ordered 3 on 3 separate occasions. Lucky enough with the first unit to order two more for the guest rooms. The first device ordered works great and will continue to work for over 2 years. Either the second or third unit (ordered around the same time) failed after several months of infrequent use. Replacing parts allowed me to identify the faulty part which was the motion sensor. I contacted Vanskytek support and explained the problem. Although the official warranty period has probably expired, they responded quickly and immediately sent me a new device free of charge. Less than a week elapsed between my first email to them and receipt of the replacement unit. The replacement device works great and is actually the best model. I don't know if all models shipped now fit my updated device or if it's just an improved version that might be sold more expensively: the new device has different plug sizes on the motion sensor, so you can't accidentally connect power to the motion sensor. Headlight socket and vice versa. It also has a dimmer button that allows you to dim the brightness of the LEDs. On the original block, glows very brightly. in the darkness of a bedroom after your eyes adjust to the darkness while you sleep. They are inexpensive and do their job well. Especially if you have pets who like to hang around your bed at night and occasionally step on it when you get up in the dark. It's also nice not to trip or bump into things at night, even if you don't have pets. Highly recommended product and great support. Would buy again!
