I found one of these @TJ Maxx and wanted to find a second one for my island. Finally found one that was sold by third party Revain: UnbeatableSale, Inc. The chair arrived with a wooden seat, slightly lighter than my TJ Maxx who bought one but I really like the difference. It rotates up and down smoothly and gives you very good height options. very easy. But it's not flimsy and very durable - I've stood on it before taking things off the shelf. The seat is also excellent, which is actually wide and very comfortable. My downgrade is transaction related as the seller sent a note about 3-4 days after placing the order that the chair was shipped along with a FedEx tracking number. They then waited 16 days before actually shipping the chair and it took another 14 days to arrive making the total wait from ordering to delivery over 30 days. This is unacceptable and I have also told them this in a seller review. They left me a voicemail to try and smooth things over by offering to refund my shipping costs if I withdraw the feedback. But they never follow up and that's why not only do they perform poorly, but UnbeatableSale, Inc. bad customer service and I wouldn't trust them again.
