It didn't work for me, but my son liked it.
I sleep on my side so I was glad to get this pillow. Unfortunately, it gave me a headache for 2 days. Because of my neck position. It caused tension headaches that just couldn't be relieved. My son really wanted the pillow and he loves it. The pillow is well made, doesn't smell like memory foam and I love the cooling waffle pad on top it's not attached.
