This sewing pattern includes different blouse options so you can use it to sew multiple blouses. For American-style patterns, the larger the size, the larger the whole pattern will be. It took quite a bit of adjustment to fit my small frame (I'm 4ft 10") but a very large bust. Luckily, over the years I've learned tricks for changing patterns. There are lots of tips on Youtube.
