My mum wanted me to test this for her so I bought one and attached it to my Singer 401A. It is easy to peel off and stick in place. I love it. It sticks well and stays in place. I ordered one for her and another for me for my Janome Magnolia 7330. Unfortunately, it doesn't hold up very well to my Magnolia. It may have something to do with plastic and metal. I'll probably hot glue it when I have time. I love the light that is there. I taped it in various places until I found the best spot for the most convenient lighting. I have photos but I'll have to post them when I find them again. Try it. Definitely worth it. I just spoke to my mom and she still shines her light wherever she needs it. What a character.
