There were some more expensive cartridges from other manufacturers that I bought that my printer completely rejected. Maybe it has something to do with the white solids at the end of the ink output area below. I tried taking it off but it was too hard and I didn't want to file it for fear the tiny white flakes would get into my ink. But unfortunately I missed my opportunity to come back, so I might as well try. I am so disappointed in this product.
