I got this wallet for my husband's birthday. Love the customization but of course you have to agree to buy the wallet as is. I thought it was if YOU made a mistake with the personalization. However, it arrived complete with scratches/scuffs. It didn't suit me. I don't have to pay for their wear and tear. I contacted the seller and received NO reply. This is a good wallet but there is no guarantee it will arrive in good condition. The condition is more like careful use!
