Labor intensive assembly
The banner is sturdy and looks great. The belt was good too. However, the "flowers" or "pompoms", whatever they are called, must be collected, and it takes a very long time to stretch hundreds of sheets of tissue paper to form balls. Also, the balloons smelled like condoms. The smell was strong and not very good. Because of this, we only used the banner and belt.
