Review on πŸ’‘ KINGDO Surface Pro Charger 36W - Compatible with Surface Pro 3, 4, & 5 - Including Carrying Pouch by Ryan Arthur

Works the same as the original Microsoft adapter but three times cheaper (plus longer cable)

I ordered a total of three of these adapters for my Surface Pro 3, so I always have one at home, one in my travel backpack and a backup. Pros: They look just like the Microsoft OEM adapter. (This adapter doesn't look cheap, it looks/feels like Original Equipment.) - They work the same or better, Surface Pro charges just as fast. - I have not encountered any problems with the adapter overheating. - The cable to it is significantly longer than the adapter Microsoft. This is one of the main advantages of this adapter. The cable in the Microsoft version is too short. The plug has a charging indicator, just like the original Microsoft plug. The device comes with a nice zippered travel case to store the adapter and power cord/plug together. Best of all, it's about a third the price of a Microsoft replacement adapter. For example, one block was enough for 7 months, after which the computer stopped loading. However, since I had the same problem with the original Microsoft adapter (which seems to fail at the connector or where the cable and connector meet), it's hard to blame this manufacturer, especially considering that he is much cheaper. Additional comment: The company is very responsive to questions. They seem very concerned about resolving issues and refunded based on my report that the adapter had failed before the 12 month warranty expired (it also helped that I didn't have to return the unit; they issued a refund). based on my report which was good).
