Review on KitchenArt 17005 Spice Label 100 Piece by Philip Anderson

Revainrating 1 out of 5

TERRIBLE PRODUCT! Cheap self-adhesive plastic labels were torn when removed from the backing, and spice labels are NOT 100 pieces!

Terrible! These labels are very cheaply made out of flimsy plastic with apparently no quality control. Many of the small circular labels tore (think duct tape) with a simple attempt to remove them from the backing because the "cut" circle was too small to fully penetrate the "label" layer. Many other labels have been cut too deep, severing the label and its liner, making it nearly impossible to separate the flimsy web of label from its liner. Be sure to look carefully at the photo of the product. You will NOT receive 100 spice labels. Only 60 labels are for condiments, the remaining labels are for pantry items like "tomato sauce" and "mushrooms" (who labels them anyway?), as well as household items like "oil" and "hand cleanser." Of the 60 spice labels you receive, several are for items such as "salad herbs," "fine herbs," and "cilantro" (a term that usually refers to the fresh herb, as the dried form is usually called "cilantro") "). .but don't expect labels for cayenne pepper or many other common herbs/spices. There are not enough labels for both ground and whole or leaf varieties of the spice. There is 1 label for allspice (I have whole and ground in my spice drawer), 1 for cinnamon (I have both sticks and ground), 1 for dill (I have both dill seeds and herb dill), 1 for cloves (I have whole and ground), 1 for ginger (I used candied and ground), 1 for mustard (I used seeds and ground), 1 for nutmeg (I used whole and ground) and so on.

Pros
  • Ideal for spice storage, pantry, kitchen, shop and hobby jars.
Cons
