I like that they have an easy to use system with lots of different tools available in one place so it makes things easier especially when you are trying new marketing tactics or need support from other teams within your organisation. The fact that there is always something going wrong at some point which can be frustrating but if we contact them quickly enough then everything gets sorted out very fast! We love having all our campaigns under 1 roof as well as being able to manage multiple projects across numerous clients simultaneously - It's great not needing another team member just to do this work anymore either!!
