Review on Bluetooth 2 4Inch Lossless Function Speaker by James Lesley

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this one does. Thing. What a MUST have an MP4 player I would give FAR less than 0 stars if I could! Let me list some of the few reasons why this is awful! 1) Let me start with one of the WORST reasons - it's so, so hard to figure out how to handle it! I understand that this is something that is generally no longer made, but it's a lot harder to figure out than some other mp4 or mp3 players (if you're looking to buy an mp4 or mp3 player when your money's gone on the heart, please buy it from another seller!) 2) I couldn't download anything! I kept switching websites and sources I tried to download music, files, movies, books etc from (including Spotify which should work) but none of it worked. I even tried downloading from different devices and different USB ports/cables. Even if there is a way to download EVERYTHING, I certainly haven't discovered it and you would be much better off with another MP3/MP4 player! 3) The battery life only lasted about 20-30 minutes, although the battery life should last up to several hours. I don't know if that applies to everyone, but for me it was very disappointing and unacceptable. 4) Fairly harder than expected, although it shouldn't be hard. 5) Very slow! 6) Customer service was terrible - they were useless because EVEN NEVER ANSWERED! I can't return this, but I want to warn other people. Please do not buy this item unless you want to be very disappointed! That's expensive for something that barely works properly!
