There are two problems that you might consider minor that made using this device a big problem for my 90 year old mother-in-law. 1) The headset is almost symmetrical front to back and the way it sits in the charging cradle speaks to the wrong way to put it on and use it. You'll have to remember to rotate it 180 degrees after shooting before putting it on, and the visual indicators aren't bold or clear for those with poor near vision. 2) If you forgot to turn it off when you return it to the base, the batteries will be dead despite the charging indicator. An elderly technophobe shouldn't think about turning it off - really, how hard would it be to make it turn off when put back into base? Or provide a charging current that can overcome this? These problems may seem like small problems to a person who can open and read this page on a computer. If your parent/uncle/someone else is old and not adapting well to technology, this can be a big problem. It's a shame because the device has great sound quality and it's a huge help to mom if we can get her to use it. A few small changes to the product make a big difference.
