The laptop failed "all diagnostic tests" as advertised - the keyboard/mouse froze the laptop several times and had to be restarted and thawed. Eventually Windows went to a full blue screen "Reset this PC" and we did a full reinstall of Windows which takes a long time. Years of troubleshooting and updating other used laptops and PCs have made this laptop run "like new". Many important Dell drivers including the BIOS update were missing and could only be found using the Dell Support Assistant System Scanner. The good news is that the seller gave us a fantastic worry discount. My only gripe is that on this model, the "END" key is on the top right of the keyboard instead of the bottom right, which is the logical spot I'm used to, and the arrow keys are tiny. Having used my Latitude 3440 for a number of years, it takes a little getting used to, but I LOVE the speed and ease of typing!
