Review on 🔩 10 Pack of Climax Metal Plated Collars by William Bell

Product works fine but one of the set screws is missing. There was a hole in the packaging (see image above left) and the two set screws were removed from the small packaging and found in the mailer. After I collected all the parts again, a set screw was missing. I don't know who to ask for another set screw. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
