Failure on so many levels

What a huge mess. This thing fails on so many different fronts. You know it's going to go bad when you open the box of a $43 accessory and it doesn't come with instructions or documentation. After you're done looking for directions that don't exist, you'll find that it looks like it should have come from the dollar store. It's cheaply made, poorly designed, and doesn't provide a secure fit to your console or accessories. The fit at the base of the console and VR base unit is so loose that the elements wobble back and forth when pressure is applied to the cables. Wireless management is built into the design, making your console look like a bunch of black spaghetti. There are a lot of cryptic USB connections out there that you don't know what to do with because again there's no documentation. The charging ports don't work if your PlayStation isn't powered on, they require an AC adapter that doesn't come with the device, and there aren't specifications for the required voltage (again, see the missing documentation). The design of the PlayStation is such that if you want to access the controllers, you have to turn the PlayStation sideways, which is inconvenient and difficult to access. When the VR headset is hung, the cable gets tangled, making it difficult to access things underneath. The AC power connector is on the front of the unit, leaving a ridiculous power cord sticking out along with a loose USB connection. It's usually a hot trash parade from start to finish. If it was less than $10 I could live with it. At $40 plus this is an absolute joke.

Cons
