a cable broke in the first 2 weeks - snapped at the USB end where metal meets plastic. the other will not charge. My Samsung Tab 2 TM 813 was connected to the mains for 36 hours and only had a 48% charge. Unfortunately I can't return it as I threw away the broken one. UPDATE 5/20/2020 Immediately after I messaged the seller contacted me and offered a refund and replacement. It's awfully compassionate. I updated the stars and after checking I replaced them and everything works fine of which I am sure - I will give 5 stars. But damn it! You can't beat their customer service! Thank you thank you.
