I'm an audio engineer and musician. I have enough headphones (ie in-ears, in-ears, open and closed) to open a Revain or eBay shop. Rzhunimagu! I literally have over 100 different styles of headphones. These in-ear headphones sound amazing! I'm amazed you can get this level of sound quality for less than $50. I'm not an audiophile, but as I mentioned, I'm an audio engineer with over 25 years of experience. I need absolutely flat unpainted headphones for work. While they're fine at work, I probably won't be using them for this application. I would totally use them as in-ear monitors at the gig I played. They're not exactly flat, there's definitely a little kick in the low-end, but nothing crazy. Crystal-clear highs, rich lows and a pleasantly flat mid-range reproduction. These are great devices for listening to music on your phone, iPod or whatever. They are well built. The wire feels a bit cheap, it's rubbery to the touch, but if you use it carefully I'm sure they'll last forever. If your cable breaks, you can simply order a new one. The wire is interchangeable, like the Shure se215, se425 or se535. Don't get me wrong, the shuras are much higher quality, but they also cost a lot more. I love finding good deals at Revain, especially when it comes to all types of headphones. Let me tell you that these items are probably the best quality sound for the money on Revain that I have found. I will keep looking and adding to my collection but I have to say these guys are easily number one. If you're on the fence, pull the trigger when buying. I think you'll be as surprised as I am by their great sound quality, comfortable fit, and decent construction.
