I mainly use them at work to listen to music and videos in my office without disturbing my colleagues. The only problem is I never hear when they talk to me. I've been surprised more than a few times. I don't amplify the sound, but because they fit snugly, they block outside noise. They are very comfortable. I can and wear them for hours. These aren't super high-end headphones, so don't expect a lot of bass. However, they are not pewter either. The tangle-free cable works great. For a nice extra pair of buds, that's a great deal. Very satisfied.
