Product arrived as described. Be sure to watch the video on Youtube showing the installation of the fan. If you know in advance what you need to do, you can replace the fan in 15-20 minutes, but then you have to spend another 30 minutes adjusting the connector. The radiator fan is located under the air intake and various hoses. Once the air intake hardware is removed, all you have to do is move the hoses out of the way. The old fan has to rotate 90 degrees to pull it out, and then the new fan has to reverse the process. Removal and replacement went quickly. My biggest complaint is that the port is a huge headache. It has the right pins in the right places, but the shape of the connector is wrong. In my case, it wasn't just a strong push. The connector needs to be cut with an Xacto knife to have any hope of connecting. The original Ford connector and what they supply are very different. It must have been borrowed from another car supplier. I was so frustrated at first that I considered reusing the old controller with the original connector, but the new build brings both fans to the controller with two connectors instead of just one, so you can't reuse the old controller. Probably the best since I didn't open the old fan. It took 30 minutes to cut that extra piece and then another. This saved a lot of money and worked great once plugged in, but they would have had happier customers if they put in the right plug.
