This care cream for adults from Medcosa is very good against chafing and hot spots under large breasts. This is the only cream that really helps. It is pleasant, creamy and has a very light scent. It absorbs quickly and easily into the skin and does not leave a white residue on the skin's surface like some other zinc-type ointments/creams. Protects skin from chafing and perspiration, promotes healing and prevents irritation and odor. I really like that it's easy to use and doesn't stain clothes. It certainly helps a problem that is not so pleasant. Not only is this cream great for chafing and stinging heat, I'm sure it's great for diaper rash too. I highly recommend it!
