Review on BSI EDI by Tim Wheeler

The ability to send an order for goods, receive it back with all necessary information attached as well as having access to this info via my phone or computer at any time was very helpful! I did not have that before but now i do because they provide me everything within one platform which makes life easier. Also being able to use their API so you can link your system easily also helps greatly. Nothing really comes across from using them other than how great customer service has been. If there are issues we work through those together until resolved. We were never given updates about our orders during shipping process. This made us anxious when things went wrong due to lack of communication between client side & supplier's end. It would be nice if more details could be shared like who will handle what responsibilities etc. To make sure both parties know exactly where each others stands. As mentioned above - no real problems occurred while working with B.
