I ordered 3 chrome bookcases for my 2nd grade twin girls and 7th grade son. This was a big problem for my second graders as this is their first year getting chrome books. When they opened theirs, my daughter, who ordered this one, loved the design on her case, but as soon as she took it out of the plastic she started crying in frustration. The case had a permanent dent and stain on one side. Not sure why it looked that way, the plastic was intact, but it looks like it was once a display, the top of a stack in a warehouse, or maybe it's a single piece, but one side was definitely there blotchy and it doesn't peel off or imprint like something heavy has been on it for a long time. On a positive note the cover matched the chrome book and she didn't want me to return it as in 2nd grade you need a "big chrome book cover" especially when your classmates bring them. and your twin sister has her own. Parents please read it carefully before giving it to children. My girls followed the mailbox like hawks when the little kids were happy about their packages. Also I wouldn't discourage anyone from ordering from this company, as I said this could be an isolated case, just check before the kids see it to avoid tears.
