I bought this for vacation as it was a good place to keep my phone and passport in the airport without having to continuously dig them out of the bottom of my bag, it worked perfectly and was also comfortable to wear. If you are going to have a phone in the side provided for a phone there is not much room for anything much wider than a passport on the other side, so using this as a bag for shopping or any other purpose is not very practical unless all you need is a phone. I gave it 5 stars because I bought it for travel and it was perfect for that.
