Received this item last week and realized I needed additional products to make it work. I received it today. I have tried everything to get this element to penetrate. Looks like it's cut, but it's not. I've tried removing the design elements with the ribbon and pointing tool but they're still stuck. I added extra spacers but now it's getting difficult to get the design through the machine it's so tight. And another bad cut.
