Review on 🎵 Sangean U3 Digital Tuning Radio: AM/FM Ultra Rugged & Water Resistant - Blue/Black by Michael Freemason

My heavy duty AM/FM digital tuner Sangean U3 arrived today - goodbye old Sony. This thing is so well built, all the buttons, dials, storage spaces... are solid. It is 15 inches high and about a foot wide. The sound is amazing. Let me use the 24 hour clock too! I ordered a converter to connect my Apple iPhone 7+ to this bad boy. FM is very clear...I usually listen to C&W late evening/morning. What I really like about this device: 1) color; 2) build; 3) Power cord length and storage space are very creative; 4) Battery indicator on the LCD panel; 5) allows you to display the time in 24-hour format; 6) rubber feet; 7) high quality feel of volume control; 8) rubber pads on the connectors to protect against water; 9) the battery compartment is so military, so durable; 10) You can hold it in many ways; 11) detachable antenna; and 12) the sound is so nasty (at least to me). While Bluetooth would have been nice, connecting the last two players I had was overly complicated. I love this thing! UPDATE; 8 hikes this season, batteries are still good, about 32 hours of listening at 25-30% volume. Sounds sooooo great to me (and I know every ear is a little different).
