First I bought this band as a REPLACEMENT as I saw it was shipped from Amazon and was unaware that some of the products offered by Amazon (non-health - or food products ) may not even have a return policy. If it's a replacement bracelet, how can it not be returned knowing it has to match something? Needless to say the color didn't match my bag and didn't work, but now I see it's non-refundable. second, it's not even skin! not even close, really! it's like vinyl. So they sell fake leather even though they advertise it as real and then say there are no returns. I'm a committed Amazon loyalist, but this is amazing.
