I am more than satisfied with EverSewn QE. It doesn't rock at high speeds because it's strong and heavy (but easy to move). Stitching is much easier and more natural with the knee. The thread cutter saves time and nerves. I took the risk of having a machine built by a new company. I think this company will be around for a long time. This car looks elegant and modern. It works like a dream. (I heard that the grandson of the gentleman who started Bernina is the creator of the EverSewn. While that's not true, this machine made a big impression on me. ) As a bonus, I got an overtime table for less than $50 from Missouri Star. My 10 year old Baby Lock needed a special extension table that cost over $100. I am a quilting hobbyist with years of quilting and sewing experience. I used Bernina (as a kid), Kenmore (in college when I was about 30), Brother (when times were tight. [It was awful.]), and Baby Lock (when times got better) before I went to EverSewn switched to QE. This is the best car I've ever used.
