Difficult to describe but I'll try. A drop of foam comes out but immediately disappears when touched. There is no time to wash your hands with it, there is no soapy feeling. Feels like pure water with a mild foaming agent and a strange smell, leaving the skin with a strange feeling of dryness that can only be eliminated by washing with a different soap. Had to throw away and recycle four bottles because I missed the return window. I wish the company all the best and I hope they can change the formula because they have a great idea.
