In general I am satisfied with this chair. It's comfortable and durable and overall what I expected at this price point. I purposely chose a mesh chair this time as my last chair was made of faux leather which was slowly breaking down and spreading small black stains all over the house. However, there were a few issues I needed to fix. First, the two armrest screws are not long enough. (I think another reviewer commented on this point.) What's odd is that the instructions don't actually indicate that two different length screws are included for each armrest, i.e. they don't tell you where to expect each of them. In any case, a shorter screw will not fit anywhere. The good news is that I contacted the seller and they sent me a new set of screws very quickly and promptly. However, I think they could save some money by simply including two extended bolts with each original shipment. Also, one of the armrests creaked a bit at first. I fixed this by removing the cover on one of the hinges and loosening the screw inside. (This screw was preinstalled by the manufacturer.) One final note: the manufacturer/seller includes a very thoughtful instruction manual and a set of warranty cards, but as far as I could see they forgot contact information (phone o email). use in the event of a guarantee. Since I bought directly from the seller I was able to contact him through Revain, but I'm wondering how people who bought from other sellers (e.g. direct from Revain) are going to contact them.
