Inexpensive closures

I use them at work to temporarily attach sheathing material to pipes before adding mechanical fasteners. They are a bit stiff at first but I expect they will wear down over time. They hold up well, are easy to adjust and feel well made. I would buy again. Shipped on time and correctly.
