Bought this deck light kit for my new boat. I liked the fact that I could change the colors - blue to match the boat and red or green to lessen the appeal when fishing. Of course you can also get all combinations in between. The fasteners are very easy to install. The glue holds well and the fork ends make it easy to put together. The lights are bright - almost too bright in a boat at full power - but they can be dimmed. However, this kit has some disadvantages. While the lights are waterproof, the control box is not. You need to find a dry place to hide it. Using it on a boat renders the remote unusable as it requires line of sight to the box. There is a bluetooth app for the lights which is very nice when it works. Unfortunately, you often have to close and restart the app many times for it to recognize your lights, and it randomly turns off, requiring you to go through the process again if you want to turn it off or change settings. Overall, the light sources are amazing. . They are bright, versatile and look great. However, the controls and the app need a little tweaking.
