This is a great container, it holds just enough salad and toppings to make a hearty meal and the condiment container holds just enough salad dressing to coat well without leaving a wet puddle on the bottom. I love that it makes the packed lunch job so much easier because the only prep I have to do the night before is seasoning and cooking the chicken and shaking up homemade balsamic vinaigrette, which only takes a minute . I can usually fit half a pack of lettuce mix and a few tomatoes on the bottom while the top holds half a chicken breast on one side and some pickles and croutons on the other. Just enough for a hearty lunch without feeling like you're overeating, saving you money and healthier than frozen foods.
