The documentation both in the box and on the website did not simplify the setup at all. As a former intelligence officer, I am very concerned about this product. When I tried to uninstall this product from my computer, everything that was displayed on my screen during the uninstallation was in Chinese. Who said their cloud service doesn't follow you all the time while that device is connected to the network? I don't trust this product at all.
