They were very helpful and willing to fix the issue with a minimal number of questions and excellent response times. I understand that we don't live in a perfect world and mistakes happen. I sincerely apologize for my previous review which was sloppy due to my frustration at being able to easily contact them. Lesson learned! That's less than 6 months of use, but one of the product descriptions says it has a lifespan of 50,000 hours. And now I can't request a refund because the time is up. I feel like it will last so long that no one can ask for a refund and its lifespan is well under 50,000 hours. The product works and is bright but does not last as long as advertised. That's a lie!
