Excellent Customer Service and Product Knowledge

The customer service from LeaRoot has been amazing! They are always willing/able (and sometimes even eager) for anything we need help with or questions about their product.
It's rare you find this kind of enthusiasm in other companies these days - they genuinely care what our needs as customers might be so it feels like I'm working more closely together than just my vendor / supplier relationship would allow us at times too :) If there was something specific where i had issues getting information out quickly enough then maybe? But overall very pleased!!

Very quick response time when contacting support
Friendly staff who seem to have genuine interest & concern over how things go.
Always helpful, friendly people answering inquiries whether online chat tickets etc..or by phone call if needed
