Very poor quality and falls apart after first use

I used it once and its sisal fibre/thread already fell out. I found a fallen sisal on the drain cover in the bathtub. During the pandemic I have made all my online purchases except for groceries and have found that a purchase made based on the number of 4 and 5 star reviews is often a disappointing and incorrect purchase. This article is one of them.
