The tool has been great for us when working with our customers who are located across multiple time zones as well as translating from English to Chinese (Mandarin).

There's nothing I dislike about this product so far! We've used it extensively over several years now but have not really had any problems or issues arise since we started using them - they're super helpful staff & professional too :) This software works perfectly fine if you need just simple translations like words/phrases etc., however there may be times where complex sentences / paragraphs of text will require more than one translator due to nuances which could take longer depending upon their expertise level within your team.
