Review on Get Loud And Clear With MIRKIT Heavy Duty Speaker Mic M2 Compatible With Motorola Radios - Perfect For Ham Radio Operators And Two Way Radios! by Ardy Espinoza

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Fits my radio and does work but I can’t use it.

This does work with the Motorola CP200d. I work maintenance so radios is something that we always have on us. I figured I would try a headset out just to see if I would like it. After a couple days I went back to what I was using. First off I found it a little uncomfortable in the ear. After a while of wearing this it started to hurt also. There is a couple styles of ear pieces included with this but I didn’t really find any that I liked. That was one of the things I didn’t like and here are a few others. It restricts sound. What I mean is with this in one ear it makes it a little harder to hear when people are talking to me. Also I at times couldn’t hear what they said over the radio because as I said I work maintenance and it can be loud. The ear piece has two cords. They are pretty long. One cord goes to the ear and the other one has the mouth piece so you can talk on the radio. It can be clipped on your collar. I understand that I did give this 4 stars even though there is a lot of things I don’t like about this. This is all just preferences. It’s also because of the work I do and the noise where I’m at. That doesn’t take away the fact that this does work and it works with my radio. There are lots of people out there that I’m sure would find this very helpful and would really like this. Just not me.

Pros
  • Decent volume. Clear. Been using about a week.
Cons
