I was recently diagnosed with POTS and was told to wear waist length compression stockings to keep blood from pooling in my legs. So far they have worked wonders for me. The fatigue I suffered from for several years has greatly reduced and I have fewer spasms and muscle spasms in my back due to improved blood circulation. I'm 5'6" and 150 pounds. a very large pair that worked well but didn't feel like they were getting as much compression as I wanted. I scaled down too large and they work much better. Lots of compression , but not that painful. Stockings are very good. They are very durable. The weave of the fabric allows for good airflow as long as there is air movement (e.g. a light breeze or fan) otherwise they will get a bit warm. All in All in all I am very happy with my purchase and will be ordering more of these stockings if needed.
