***UPDATE***So the seller made everything right by first problem solving on the issues and when that didn’t work they sent us replacements headphones which now work like a charm. Definitely what we were expecting and our sons love them. You should really consider these as an option not just for the headphones but for the outstanding customer service.*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*We purchased two of these for our sons to use for air travel and so far not good, one doesn't connect easily and when it does, loses connection then the other pair didn't last 2 hours on a full charge. I would just suggest spending more to get something of better quality that is reliable and you can predict how it will perform.
