While these little glass pudding cups have so many uses, they are perfect for me to put my son's baby food at mealtimes. I try to stay away from plastic so I feel so much better with small glass bowls and when they come in this size it's great! Although I won't be using them in an oven or microwave, they are oven safe up to 425 degrees. They also come with lids (great for leftover puddings that you can't finish - that even happens), lids are BPA-free and second on the recycling list for HDPE (milk jugs, detergent and juice bottles) and is considered safe with a low risk of leaching (for those of you who are interested). All in all a great purchase for any purpose!
