I can't fix it and it's fairly new. I try to get the weight down to 0 but it keeps adding 13lbs and sometimes 26lbs of air. Extremely frustrating as I can't find an easy way to reset it to zero. ********** Update January 20, 2019 ********** I never managed to get it to work properly because it accidentally shut down or just displayed the wrong weight . When trying to get it to work I tripped over it and that was all it took to turn into thousands of tiny sharp glass crystals that BADLY ruined my foot (I'm 171lbs). Worst of all, it also forms crystal dust, so in the bathroom you have to be very careful about cleaning the glass if you don't want to cut yourself. Just find something different, especially if you have kids.
