This backpack has a well-organized storage space and comfortable shoulder straps. The straps help me carry everything without interfering with my arthritis in my shoulders or back. The overall look is also a plus and the material is easy to keep clean. Simply wipe with a damp cloth. I also have the old version and like the new extra large size and it's still light but doesn't feel bulky. The extra back pocket is very handy for a tablet or small laptop that I need to take to meetings. I missed the small inner key ring holder so I added this one. This backpack also has 2 internal bottle pockets, one on each side. For security when traveling, I keep my wallet in a mini organizer pouch over my shoulder. I wouldn't just rely on the RFID front pocket when riding a crowded subway; unless you add a security zip. The backpack has a handy luggage pocket for extra convenience. It also fits well in my small shoulder bag. It looks great, well organized for storage, durable, easy to keep clean and comfortable to wear. The perfect bag for a commuter backpack.
