So where do I start. I have to say that initially I really liked this vacuum cleaner. He did a great job for a month. Very thorough, excellent suction, but now, after numerous refills and filter cleanings, the vacuum cleaner only works for about 15 seconds and then switches off. The information that comes with the vacuum doesn't really describe what to do if you encounter it, so use some common sense troubleshooting steps. Nothing seems to work, and if it only works for 15 seconds then it's pretty much a paperweight.
