I love this shirt, but if you're familiar with Carhartt clothing, you would somewhat Expect more spacious while this one is a bit cramped. For casual wear, order a Carhartt shirt one size larger than normal and you'll be fine. For training use, the fit is likely to be sweat-wicking, which makes it very good.
