I can't stand the shower curtain touching my skin while I'm in the shower and have long found a product called Curvi, which offers extra space in the shower, so that's not a problem. The latest version uses a plastic bellows for expansion and a fabric element underneath, but I assume the plastic at the top has high residual stress? This became a big problem recently when I replaced my shower curtain hooks with friction free hooks and was unable to use them as the tension in the folds would make it impossible to cover the full length of the tub/shower. These clips are the perfect solution as they perfectly hold the fabric from each end of the Curvi to each end of the shower/tub allowing me to use the entire length of the Curvi as an indoor shower curtain and avoid a huge puddle outside the shower. I wish I knew about this before I replaced the entire shower curtain/rod/hooks as it was a little difficult to even use Curvi with the old hooks. I'm very satisfied with the clamps and it's always a great feeling. Find a product that does exactly what you need and works great!
